Shop at Barnes & Noble and Love Libraries?

Tuesday, December 17, 2013

The library is something I hold near and dear to my heart, so I was beyond excited when I heard that a new library opened up in my neighborhood. The library has just reached 1 years old, and is still growing strong. But we still need your help, and who better to turn to then you lovely people.

Here's how you can help! Simply bring the Book Fair ID# 11218286 with you when you shop at any Barnes and Noble, anywhere in the country. When you buy something, give the number to the cashier and tell them that you are shopping in support of The Aloha Community Library and Barnes & Noble will donate a portion of the sale to help us put books on the shelves of a public library that is entirely funded through the efforts of the community.

This donation opportunity will run through December 19, 2013, which leaves for only FOUR MORE DAYS.

For more information about my local library, check out their website HERE. And click HERE to learn more about our fundraiser. If you're browsing through their website then you might notice that I'm also part of the library's Board of Directors as a student representative.

I also want to give a shout out to Novel Novice as well as North West bloggers who make up Novels, New, and Notes for helping build the YA section by donating books.

Thank you, everyone! And I hope you are all enjoying this holiday season.
