On a day that started like any other…

Mia had everything: a loving family, a gorgeous, adoring boyfriend, and a bright future full of music and full of choices. Then, in an instant, almost all of that is taken from her. Caught between life and death, between a happy past and an unknowable future, Mia spends one critical day contemplating the one decision she has left—the most important decision she’ll ever make.

Simultaneously tragic and hopeful, this is a romantic, riveting and ultimately uplifting story about memory, music, living, dying, loving.

THE EMOTIONS FOR THIS SERIES. I just love these two books so much and have been recommending them to everyone. Gayle Forman is absolutely amazing in making you just FEEL. These two books hit right in the feels. I'm not even joking about the feels. I was fortunate enough to meet Gayle at an event an the bookmark she gave looks like this:

If I Stay will be out in theaters 2014, so read it before you go. Seriously though, go read these books.

  4. You HAVE been book-pushing this series around a lot! Funny that you asked me today when we ran into each other ;) I totally agree with you though, and YES TO THAT BOOKMARK. Forman knows exactly how to squeeze someone's heart. SO GOOD. Thanks for sharing, Vy! :D

  6. Gosh I haven't read If I Stay in a long time. I remember reading the accident description over and over again and just thinking "This poor girl. I pray it never happens to my family." But YES to that bookmark, it's awesome. And the GIF. xD

I love this feature! I think I'm joining in. :P
